Job Summary:
The Consumer Protection Researcher-Postal will primarily focus on conducting research and analysis to support the Consumer Protection efforts in enhancing consumer rights and regulatory measures within the postal sector. This role will involve data analysis, research, complaints handling, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Business, law, or Social Sciences. Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques. Bilingual: Arabic and English. Basic understanding of postal regulations and industry practices. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. * Proficiency in utilizing research tools and software applications.
