i Role Overview We are seeking a highly qualified Critical Care Medicine Specialist to join our hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), utilizing advanced life-support techniques and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients, including those with multi-organ failure, trauma, and post-operative complications - Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Collaborate with specialists across departments to coordinate care - Participate in emergency response and code blue situations - Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

Requirements - MBBS with MD/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine or Pulmonology - Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ICU experience - Proficiency in managing ventilators, invasive monitoring, and resuscitation - Fluency in Arabic is preferred - Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
