Key Responsibilities - Perform general and specialized surgical procedures with precision and care - Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups - Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists for integrated care - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols - Participate in emergency surgical interventions when required - Contribute to continuous medical education and departmental development
Qualifications & Experience - Medical degree (MS/MD or equivalent) with specialization in Surgery - Minimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience preferred - Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in Oman - Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
