Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a talented and experienced consultant retina surgeon to join a renowned hospital in Dubai. As a leading healthcare consultancy in the region, our ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as extensive experience in retina surgery.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of retinal conditions using the latest surgical techniques

• Conduct thorough examinations, including obtaining medical histories and performing diagnostic tests

• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their condition and needs

• Perform surgeries with precision and care, following best practices and protocols

• Monitor and follow up with patients post-surgery to ensure successful outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

• Stay up-to-date with developments and advancements in the field of Retina surgery

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited university and residency training in Ophthalmology

• Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Retina Surgeon

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple departments

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
