Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of retinal conditions using the latest surgical techniques
- Conduct thorough examinations, including obtaining medical histories and performing diagnostic tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their condition and needs
- Perform surgeries with precision and care, following best practices and protocols
- Monitor and follow up with patients post-surgery to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with developments and advancements in the field of Retina surgery
- Medical degree from an accredited university and residency training in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Retina Surgeon
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple departments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
