Job Summary A leading hospital in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care / Critical Care Medicine. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill children, lead multidisciplinary teams, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

i Key Responsibilities - Deliver specialized care for critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the PICU - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary rounds and treatment plans - Perform and supervise advanced life support procedures (e.g., intubation, central line insertion, ventilator management) - Mentor junior medical staff and PICU nurses - Collaborate with paediatricians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists - Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and international standards - Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements - Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution - American Board Certification in Paediatric Intensive Care / Critical Care Medicine - Minimum 3-5 years of independent experience in a reputable PICU - Proven leadership and excellent communication skills - Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence - Eligibility or possession of DHA/MOH Consultant license
