Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Facility Type: Multispecialty Hospital Position Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU) to join our hospital team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring clinical excellence, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care in a high-acuity PICU setting. Key Responsibilities - Manage critically ill pediatric patients with complex medical and surgical conditions - Perform advanced interventions including mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and invasive monitoring - Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and holistic care - Uphold international standards of safety, ethics, and clinical governance - Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous medical education - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research Requirements - Board Certification or equivalent qualification in Paediatric Intensive Care / Paediatric Critical Care Medicine - Minimum 3-5 years of independent experience in a reputable PICU setting - DHA/MOH license holder or eligibility to apply for Consultant licensure in Dubai - Proven communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach - Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence - Open to male and female candidates - Western education/training preferred (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia)
