Job Title: Consultant - PICU / Paediatric Critical Care Location : Dubai Department: Paediatrics / PICU
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU) to join our leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and family-centered care.
Responsibilities:
-Provide expert care and clinical management of critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the PICU. -Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary rounds and treatment plans. -Perform and supervise advanced life support procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management. -Oversee junior doctors, PICU nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. -Collaborate with paediatricians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists as needed.
Requirements:
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
-Gender: Male / Female -Education: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialized training and board certification in Paediatric Intensive Care / Critical Care Medicine - Valid DHA/MOH license or eligibility (UAE medical licensure mandatory) -Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience in a Paediatric ICU setting
