As a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures for children with a variety of conditions. The successful candidate will have a passion for pediatric surgery and a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and assessments on pediatric patients
- Create personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Perform complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients
- Consult and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and aftercare
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric surgery and techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops as required
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in Pediatric Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon
- Excellent knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures for pediatric patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and team-oriented environment
- Must be Western-trained
