Threshold Competencies

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge on services related to Risk Advisory Division i.e. Internal audits, ICFR Controls drafting/testing, SOP Drafting, Verifications, Valuation, Due diligence and other services

OR

Extensive experience with Business Advisory engagements such as Market Study, Feasibility Study, Business Process Re-engineering and Business Planning

\xc2\xb7 1-5 years\' experience in oil and gas sector

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of upstream/ downstream business processes

\xc2\xb7 Preliminary planning for Projects, providing & managing project quality while meeting established project milestones and deliverable completion timelines.

\xc2\xb7 In depth understanding of Finance and Accounting

\xc2\xb7 Effective in all phases of Project planning including quickly gaining on understanding of the business areas, developing scope, objectives, risks and detailed project plan

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining a knowledge and application of financial and operational concepts, standards and methodologies

Job Responsibilities

Business Development

\xc2\xb7 Will be responsible to assist Management in bringing of new clients for the growth of business

\xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for preparation of business proposal and helping Senior Management in pitching of new clients

Practice Management

\xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for handling project and client

\xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for Profitability Management

Revenue Generation

\xc2\xb7 Instrumental in generating revenue for the organization through strong client relation

\xc2\xb7 Ensure profit making for the group by adopting cost effective measures

Domain/Industry

Exposure in working across the industry would be an added advantage

Qualification

Chartered Accountant

Years of Experience

Minimum 2 Years post qualification
