: Role: Consultant - Managed Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Transformation
Key Responsibilities
Designing and writing robust and comprehensive Service Level Agreement Contracts and/or Intragroup agreements (IGA)
Designing and maintaining change trackers to monitor the advancement of document completion and sign-off
Designing and implementing the procedures for updating and implementing SLA documentation
Participating/Conducting revision workshops for diligent collection and implementation of changes in documentation, e.g. SLA documents
Help ensure timely execution of assigned work and overall project deliverables
Relevant Experience
3-7 years of experience in designing, drafting and/or maintaining robust and comprehensive Service Level Agreement Contracts and/or Intragroup agreements (IGA)
Experience in administrative contract management
Experience in designing, preparing and delivering of training workshops and materials
Hands-on experience in preparation of operating manuals and SOPs in line with leading practices
Knowledge of contract law is a plus
You can demonstrate project experience within the Shared Services, Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry, or in the area of operational optimisation.
You are knowledgeable about back-office functions, and processes, especially in the area of Finance.
You have practical experience working through either functional optimisation, BPO and/or Shared Services or operations transformation programmes in a global setting
You stay well informed on the latest Global Business Services (GBS) leading practices and market trends and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Ability to speak and deliver work in Arabic is a plus
Technical Skills
Understanding of and ability to follow the leading practices in writing a comprehensive SLA/IGA document
Understand the administrative aspects of contract document creation and maintenance
Design, prepare and deliver training workshops and materials
Strong knowledge of Excel for developing and maintaining overviews/matrices
Strong command of PowerPoint for production of well-designed presentations
Experience in setting up and optimizing Shared Services organization is a plus
Soft Skills
Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients; excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English and/or Arabic
Organized approach and able to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented
Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy
