- Alignment between the strategy of the company and the organizational structure, operations, and capabilities of the entity to improve the efficiency of institutional performance and achieve the desired goals.
- Enhancing the culture of continuous development to improve organizational performance.
- Comprehensive analysis of the current organizational structure and identification of strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations about the proposed changes in the organizational and functional structure.
- Designing a new structure commensurate with the company\'s needs and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analysing job load, identifying job needs and preparing job descriptions.
- Evaluation of jobs based on the methodology.
- Contribute to the process of implementing the new organizational structure and ensure its successful implementation.
- Provide the necessary training and support to staff to adapt to the new changes.
