Enhancing the culture of continuous development to improve organizational performance. Comprehensive analysis of the current organizational structure and identification of strengths and weaknesses. Provide suggestions and recommendations about the proposed changes in the organizational and functional structure. Designing a new structure commensurate with the company's needs and enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analysing job load, identifying job needs and preparing job descriptions. Evaluation of jobs based on the methodology. Contribute to the process of implementing the new organizational structure and ensure its successful implementation. Provide the necessary training and support to staff to adapt to the new changes.
