Position: Consultant Endocrinologist, Dubai
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Endocrinologist to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East. The Consultant Endocrinologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the endocrine system and will play a critical role in the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with endocrine disorders
- Interpret and analyze diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat various endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and others
- Develop customized treatment plans for each patient, including medication management and lifestyle counseling
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of endocrinology and incorporate best practices into practice
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to further professional development
- Contribute to research and publications in the field of endocrinology
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Endocrinology
- Board certification or eligibility for certification in Endocrinology
- Active medical license in the United Arab Emirates
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant endocrinologist
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be Western-trained
