Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anesthesiologist to join a reputed healthcare group in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures - Monitor patientsaEUR(TM) vital signs and manage anesthesia-related complications - Collaborate with surgeons and other specialists to plan anesthesia protocols - Supervise junior anesthesiology staff and ensure adherence to safety standards - Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies - Participate in emergency response and critical care management
Qualifications & Experience - Medical degree (MD/DNB or equivalent) with specialization in Anesthesiology - Minimum 8-10 years of post-specialization experience preferred - Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in Oman - Strong decision-making and crisis management skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
