The Stakeholder Engagement Technical Advisor will develop strategic engagement plans for key stakeholders in the project and support in an advisory and technical expertise role for implementation of the workplan. They will work closely with the Project Director and program team to ensure stakeholder engagement strategies are feasible, contextualize, and in line with the project objectives and Search's strategy and approach to stakeholder engagement. Deliverables: 5-10 consultations with project target groups to inform workplan development 2-5 consultations with donor, consortium partners, and Search for feedback and revision of the workplan 1 final workplan for the Search project team in line with the objectives above 1 workshop with key stakeholders to validate and build buy in for the workplan Other deliverables in line with the workplan to be determined

Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution or bachelor's degree with equivalent field experiences At least 10 years professional proved experience in a comparable position At least 5 years of experience working in Asia, particularly Southeast Asia Experience with stakeholder engagement strategies and facilitation Ability to maintain and develop professional working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively solve problems, and work with minimum supervision Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and socially tolerant Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) Well experienced on the data security and digital security expertise Able to work under pressure
