Key Responsibilities

Deep Cleaning:

Clean walls, floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces to remove dust, smudges, paint spots, and debris . Polish sinks and cabinets, descale tiles, and maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break areas, and other shared spaces. Dispose of waste properly, restock supplies, and maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition.

Construction Site Support:

Assist with unloading, transporting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment. Clear debris, prepare the workspace, and support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) with manual tasks like holding materials or mixing concrete. Operate basic hand or power tools under supervision, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (e.g., gloves, hardhats, masks).

Additional Duties:

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Assist in storage, organization, and minor cleanup tasks throughout the site.
