Job Summary:

We are hiring hardworking Ethiopian Construction Workers to assist in building, repairing, and maintaining structures. Free transportation and accommodation are provided. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled workers (masons, carpenters, electricians). Load/unload construction materials and equipment. Prepare and clean construction sites. Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete or gravel. Operate basic construction tools under supervision. Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.

Requirements:

Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Basic knowledge of safety procedures. Valid ID or work permit (if required).
