Construction Welding Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee welding procedures and standards.
Supervise welding activities on construction sites.
Ensure welding quality and compliance with safety and technical specifications.
Conduct inspections and testing of welded joints.
Train and guide welding personnel on best practices.
Review welding documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in welding supervision on construction sites.
Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
