Construction Supervisor

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the building and maintenance projects taking place at one of our sites. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire project, from planning to implementation. You will be required to inspect the construction work, compare it to development plans, and ensure all safety regulations are met. You will also interact with contractors and suppliers, providing oversight and ensuring all materials are procured and used as specified. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with a team of professionals to complete construction projects within the allocated budget and timescale.

- Develop plans for construction and maintenance projects and set detailed timelines
- Oversee the work of contractors and suppliers, ensuring all materials and labor are up to standard
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with design plans
- Inspect completed work and ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Coordinate the work team and assign tasks
- Handle any change requests and develop solutions to issues that arise
- Ensure the project stays within the allotted budget
- Create reports on the progress and status of the project
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of construction and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Construction, Engineering or related field
