IIQAF is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage the planning, budgeting and coordination of construction projects for our clients. In this role you will ensure projects stay within budget, adhere to safety and quality standards, and remain on schedule throughout the duration of construction.

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Schedule and assign staff and subcontractors, assigning tasks that best utilize workers\xe2\x80\x99 skills and strengths

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout project duration

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor construction sites to ensure construction is running as per plans, materials are properly stored and equipment are in good condition

\xe2\x97\x8f Resolve issues that arise on site, such as item or material shortages and delays

\xe2\x97\x8f Meet with the client to report progress and ensure their satisfaction

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with project engineers to ensure accuracy and overlap between design and construction goals

\xe2\x97\x8f Use construction management tools to ensure schedules, budgets and plans remain up to date

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

\xe2\x97\x8f 3 years of experience in construction management

\xe2\x97\x8f Comprehensive knowledge of building techniques and regulations

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to guide and manage staff and subcontractors

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to assess project status and adapt accordingly

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem solving and budgeting skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders from different backgrounds
