Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at IIQAF. The Construction Supervisor will oversee all our Construction projects to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. This position will require strong leadership and technical abilities for building and managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors. The successful candidate should be highly organized and technically adept, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Create, document and manage construction plans and goals for all projects.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction or renovation process, including scheduling contractors, materials procurement, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new staff.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to throughout the entire construction process, meeting all applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide required materials and information to complete projects.
- Handle customer service including responding to inquiries, responding to customer complaints, and resolving disputes.
- Manage daily tasks and ensure the project is running smoothly.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in construction management.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and other parties involved with projects.
- Knowledge of safety requirements, building codes, and other legal regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and access to a vehicle preferred.
