Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our team on various construction sites.
The ideal candidate must possess remarkable technical and leadership skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control processes. You should also be detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the safety of all construction personnel and the quality of all projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the construction team and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards while following all safety precautions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and supplies are delivered on time and to the required specs
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and conduct on-site inspections
- Monitor and report on construction progress, budget, and staff performance
- Track and analyze construction costs and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Develop best practices and continuously strive to improve processes and productivity
- Address concerns raised by construction staff and resolve disputes
- Establish a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan construction projects and create timelines for completion
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with designing and executing HSE plans
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
