• Monitor and review construction plans, blueprints, and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Plan and manage construction tasks and maintain a timeline and schedule

• Supervise and inspect work performed by contractors to ensure quality and accuracy

• Actively participate in construction meetings to represent company needs and interests

• Monitor actual budget planning, forecasting, and control of expenses related to the project

• Identify, provide solutions, and ensure all safety procedures and requirements are followed on the construction site

• Track construction progress and review reports with Architects and Designers

• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other related regulations

• Oversee day-to-day management of on-site staff and provide necessary guidance and training

• Resolve conflicts with other contractors and personnel, suppliers, or architects

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years construction related experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Manager, or in a related field

• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and building codes

• Exceptional planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent management and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of construction budgeting, scheduling, and legal requirements

• Physical and mental fitness

• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
