Job Summary: Looking for a Construction Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The construction supervisor is required to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, the ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed within the set budget, on schedule and in compliance with all safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related course
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role required
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques as well as materials
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse construction team
Good project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
Thorough understanding of safety regulations as well as procedures
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
