Construction Supervisor

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- supervise and direct construction projects, from concept to completion;
- review each project in depth to plan the final results and estimate costs;
- supervise all construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations;
- coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors;
- select tools, materials and equipment as well as keep track of inventory;
- satisfy the contractual conditions of performance;
Job Requirements:
- review the progress of the work on a daily basis;
- prepare reports on the progress of work;
- negotiate agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses;
- ensure quality construction standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.
- proven work experience in construction management;
- advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods;
- Advanced knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards;
- Understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
