Lead construction and renovation projects of villa's and apartments, from start to completion.
Carry out site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Prepare and share quotations with clients, explaining project scope and requirements clearly.
Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project progress, budgets, and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Oversee material procurement and validate supplier quotations.
Develop project timelines, reports, and related documentation.
Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in residential construction (UAE experience is an advantage).
Solid understanding of construction methods, maintenance procedures, project planning, and handling teams.
Skilled in preparing, presenting, and negotiating client quotations.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
