Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, ADNOC standards)
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
