Job Description

Overview

Plan and coordinate the daily activities of the construction .

Ensure reinforcement work is carried out to a high standard in line with project specifications.

Maintain safe working conditions and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Report regularly to management on progress, challenges, and any issues encountered on site.

Read, interpret, and apply construction plans and technical drawings accurately.

Install and process reinforcement elements for different types of structures.

Calculate and measure required building materials for each project.

Prepare and apply cement mixtures as needed in structural elements.

Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in construction work and managing a team.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.

Knowledge of anchoring techniques and prestressed reinforcement methods.

Willingness and ability to travel for long business trips within the country.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and effective communication skills.
