Job Requirements:

Proven experience in the field of Plumbing/Maintenance. Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Resourceful in the completion of tasks and effective at multi-tasking. A team player, proactive and reliable. Friendly with a great deal of patience.

Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems. Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators etc.). Maintenance, repair and installation of water supply services, waste and drainage systems installed in copper, malleable iron, steel, cast iron, PVC, clay and asbestos cement pipes. Make joints using solvent cements, screwed ends, push-fit rings and compression fittings. Use of mechanical equipment used for plumbing works. Maintaining tools and equipment in safe and sound condition for above projects.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
