Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on our active construction sites. This is a key role for a capable leader with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive timely delivery to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site construction activities through to handover. Coordinate all trades and subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and local regulations. Enforce HSE protocols and ensure site safety at all times. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve on-site issues. Maintain site records, reports, and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements. Support procurement, logistics, and delivery schedules for materials and equipment. Represent the developer professionally with stakeholders, inspectors, and authorities.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 8 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in the UAE. Proven track record managing mid- to large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
