As we continue to expand our operations, we are hiring a talented and hardworking Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Understanding the overall construction project.
- Developing timesheets for job completion.
- Assigning tasks to laborers and contractors.
- Managing the quality of work as needed.
- Identifying the skills and abilities of team members.
- Ensuring maximum productivity and work quality.
- Assisting in schedule management with the Project Engineer.
- Preparing a risk management strategy.
- Handling issues as they arise.
- Acting as a point of contact between the subcontractors and Engineer.
- Reporting all completed work.
- Finding sub-contractors when needed for tasks.
- Preparing comprehensive project documentation.
- Adhering to all construction rules and regulations.
- Proven work experience as a Construction Coordinator/supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality control programs.
- Experience and practical knowledge about supply chain management.
- Ability to work long hours and on holidays.
- Effective collaboration with team members.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Ability to handle various types of personalities.
- Ability to work in teams as well as independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Construction Coordinator/supervisor: 5 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- Do you have valid UAE driving license (Required)
- Fujairah (Required)
- Fujairah: Relocate before starting work (Required)
