1. Preparing visual aids to demonstrate company's services in fulfilling client requirements. 2. Identifying and establishing new business with a good margin of profit to the company. 3. Organizing sales visits to potential customers, leaving a positive impact and trying to close deals and securing work orders. 4. Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Meeting and explaining the work specifications to the client to gain their confidence and remove any ambiguities. 5. Gaining customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. 6. Preparing cost accurate tenders, proposals and quotations covering all the financial aspects of the job to avoid any future setbacks. 7. Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions clarifying in details the scope of works that falls under company's responsibility and also describing exceptions of the project. 8. Reviewing cost and sales performance regularly and monitoring payments in conjunction to work progress. 9. Liaising with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with company's services. 10. Recording and maintaining client contact data. 11. Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies. Identify procedures to optimize profit. 12. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies 13. Ensuring that sales targets are met and forecasting and planning for future goals. 14. Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
