Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local regulations
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Dubai or the UAE
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
