Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Experience: 10+ years in project management of large-scale civil or industrial projects
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle project delivery -- design coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Supervise teams across multiple concurrent projects.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Oversee procurement and logistics, including international sourcing when applicable.
Prepare reports, progress updates, and cost control documentation.
