The Role
Construction Project Manager with experience in project management and construction, costing etc. to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish worldwide. Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The position requires extensive travel in Africa and Far East.

Requirements
- Min 3-5 years experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to read construction drawings, do material quantities, AutoCAD, MS Projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Civil Engineering MSc in Project Management is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with construction/ project management software \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and time-management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with leadership abilities
