Job Description
Salary: 10,000 AED including benefits Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-Time : As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. Your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage contractor relationships and subcontractors effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
- Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Abu Dhabi Engineer Card (asset).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

- Construction: 4 years (Required)
