We are seeking a
Planning Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will analyze project progress, identify delays, and provide solutions to optimize project execution.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion. Analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports, schedule forecasts, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and deadlines. Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in [construction/industrial/project management]. Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Strong knowledge of scheduling techniques, critical path method (CPM), and project management principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED12.00 - AED14.00 per month
