Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated

Construction Operations Supervisor/Foreman

to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities. This role involves ensuring project efficiency, managing teams, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any operational challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects. Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow. Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective solutions to prevent delays. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction supervision or coordination. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Valid QID & NOC is a must A valid Qatar Driving License is a must
