We at Align Staffing are currently seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team to support the daily operations.
Job role: Operations Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Proven experience in client coordination and relationship management. Positive attitude with a friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with diverse teams. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Strong understanding of monthly rostering, timesheets, and the ability to generate detailed reports. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
