Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing in construction industry.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor Business Development role responsible for new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Have an extensive knowledge of construction industry including manufacturing, procurement, trade related to building, renovating, development, infrastructure and more.
- Able to bring the company closer to the heart of competition and expand our presence throughout other regions and have experience with preparation of biding documents for urban and building major projects.
- Ability to research and forecast the construction market and define our position in the UAE as one of the key players in the industry.
- Good in establishing long lasting relationships and effective communication with the customers, Foster and develop positive and successful business relation.
- Attend construction events and conferences to stay up to date with current and upcoming trends and exchange best practices and ideas to develop your network.
- Support the organization with day-to-day marketing requirements.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Ideally postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Intercultural understanding, across the Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific area and beyond.
- Marketing experience in construction sector is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills required in English (native speaker level with proof-reading ability), Arabic language would be plus.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Proactive, business-focused, creative individual with a solution-oriented attitude.
- You will play a crucial role in the success of the organization and helping to maximize the profits.
