We are a reputable and fast-growing construction company based in Dubai, specializing in high-rise building projects. With a strong portfolio and a commitment to quality and innovation, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager with a solid background in high-rise construction. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Dubai, hold a valid academic degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and possess a valid UAE driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Supervise site staff and monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Prepare project reports and communicate regularly with senior management. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Ensure effective resource allocation and materials management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai within the construction industry, specifically in high-rise buildings. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Valid UAE driver's license is a must. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
