LOOKING FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR AUTOLINK CONTRCATING LLC

About Us:

Autolink International is a leading contracting and heavy-lifting company in the UAE, specializing in complex infrastructure and industrial projects. We are seeking a highly qualified and licensed Construction Manager to lead our projects and ensure full compliance with Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and oversee all stages of construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance with DDA and DM engineering system requirements, including linking qualified engineers to the company's profile. Maintain and update DM Practicing Permit and ensure adherence to all associated regulations. Coordinate with relevant authorities for obtaining project approvals, permits, and inspections. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure effective execution of work. Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation. Implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental standards on all projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Valid membership with the UAE Engineering Society. Successful completion of the DM Engineering Exam. Holding an Unlimited G+ License approved by Dubai Municipality. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with proven experience in G+ unlimited projects. Strong knowledge of DDA, DM, and other UAE construction regulations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience working on infrastructure and industrial projects. Familiarity with Trakhees, Nakheel, and other authority approval processes in the UAE.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
