CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(OFFSHORE)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Manager (Offshore) to oversee and manage all phases of offshore installation and construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with offshore utility structures and refurbishment works.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely and safe project execution.

Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas offshore installation, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC.

ADNOC experience preferred. Must have experience in installation or refurbishment work of offshore utilities and miscellaneous structures.

Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of offshore construction methodologies, equipment, and safety practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to work under pressure and in remote offshore environments.

Responsibilities o Oversee and direct offshore installation/construction. o Review the project scope of work in-depth to achieve the schedule in timely manner. o Meet contractual conditions of performance.o Review the work progress on daily basis. o Conduct the daily meeting on offshore with crew.o Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the completion of installation. o Liaise with company site team on daily basis. o Lead and manage a team of Project and Field Engineers in preparation of mobilisation and execution of offshore installation campaigns. etc.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
