We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager (Electrical)
to oversee and manage electrical construction activities forSubstations, Power Stations, Grid Stations, and Transmission Projects
. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end electrical construction activities Supervise substation, power station, grid station & transmission works Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning coordination Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 10-15 years of proven experience in power infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of substations, grid & transmission systems Excellent leadership and team-management skills Sound understanding of HSE standards Good communication and reporting skills
