Construction Manager (villas / Low Rise Projects)
Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction execution for low-rise/villa projects
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material resources
Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and local regulations
Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal departments for smooth execution
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report project updates to management
Control project costs, variations, and site documentation as required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Must be currently residing in the UAE
7+ years of construction management experience
Minimum 4 years experience within the UAE
Proven track record in delivering low-rise/villa projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Immediate availability preferred
