Key Responsibilities :

Oversee on-site construction activities for high-value luxury projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
Serve as the main point of contact between consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process.
Evaluate shop drawings, technical submissions, and material selections to confirm compliance with design intent.
Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and risk mitigation.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with UAE regulations and permitting processes.
Address and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while preserving design integrity.
Manage multiple project sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile
Requirements & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
15-20 years of experience in construction supervision, with a portfolio of completed high-end projects.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering luxury residential, hospitality, or bespoke developments.
Background in consultancy firms (not contracting companies).
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
