Job Description
Position: Construction Manager
Location: UAE
Experience Required: 7-12 years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements
Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in finishing and fit-out project execution.
Must be locally available in the UAE.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and interior fit-out systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications (optional)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Certification in PMP, CM, or similar project management credentials is an advantage.
