Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7-10 years of offshore construction experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong knowledge of offshore construction standards and safety regulations.
Experience managing large teams and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
