Construction Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
Manage on-site teams and ensure quality control measures are followed.
Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Ensure all works adhere to contractual obligations and specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in UAE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
